Moriah Montessori Consult wishes to draw the attention of all schools, educational consultants, and teachers to the unauthorized reproduction, rebranding, and commercial distribution of our Montessori Preschool Scheme of Work.
We have received information concerning suspected cases in which our work is allegedly being presented as the original work of other consultants or schools, with our business identity removed and replaced.

PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT INVESTIGATIONS ARE ONGOING.

Evidence is being gathered concerning the suspected unauthorized use of our intellectual property. Where infringement is established, the individuals or institutions involved may face formal complaints and legal action under applicable Ghanaian law.
Removing our name and inserting another business's name does not transfer ownership of our work.

We call on all parties involved to STOP the unauthorized reproduction, rebranding, and resale of our Scheme of Work immediately.

Our work represents years of professional knowledge, planning, research, and dedication. We review our work every year since 2015 and have copies of all. We will take appropriate steps to protect our intellectual property.

This is a serious copyright matter, not a personal dispute. We expect all schools and educational consultants to respect professional ethics and the intellectual property rights of others.

“I advocate for helping children understand the difference between reporting a problem and tattling.
When a child reports another child simply to get them punished, adults should not immediately become the judge and punish the other child. Instead, we should teach children how to resolve minor conflicts, take responsibility, and seek adult help when genuinely necessary.
