Job Brief
We are looking for a talented individual to work as a Video Editor & Digital Marketer. The candidate will create brand-compliant and timely designs, format, produce and deliver professional digital and audio visual materials for projects and marketing purposes.

Responsibilities
•Edit short videos (add subtitles, graphics, and convert to different formats)
•Design graphics and digital materials for online / social media campaigns
•Develop plans to boost the company’s online presence
•Create and manage successful online campaigns for specific projects
•Provide technical advice and direction regarding corporate branding

Qualification
•SHS Graduate, must be resident at West Legon, Kisseman, Christian Village / Dome / Haatso

Responsibilities:
• Daily management of office
• Compilation of staff time sheets and maintaining an up to date schedule of staff leave and filing same appropriately
• Assist with procurement of inventory and supplies for the office
• Maintain a register of equipment and inventory while ensuring the efficient use and maintenance of same
• Manage incoming and outgoing courier services and other correspondence receiving, distributing and filing accordingly
• Assist in the provision of logistics for workshops, seminars and other events at the office and in the field
• Make accommodation and other travel arrangement for staff, consultants and other partners
• Ensure the timely provision of office supplies/stationery and its availability at all times
• Ensure an environmentally clean and safe office premises
• Perform other administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Provide strong support to the Accounts manager in ensuring compliance with finance policies and procedures.
• Review invoices and payment requests submitted for vendor payment
• Scrutinize staff travel/activity advances and liquidations for errors, adequate documentation and compliance.
• Manage petty cash for efficient cash flow for small purchases and reimbursable
• Prepare payment vouchers and issue cheques
• Maintain an up to date register of cheques issued and dispatched
• Assist with filing of statutory returns (PAYE/SSF) with state agencies and institutions.
• Support with timely update/recording of financial transactions into the financial system
• Perform other duties as may be required including Relationship Managment

Requirements:
- Strong work ethics, result-oriented, well-organized, punctual and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of office management and accounting systems / software and general accounting principles.
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- May be required to work on Saturdays

Qualification:
- HND, Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications Studies or other relevant programmes.
- Previous experience is an advantage

Requirements

• Must be creative, resourceful and initiative taker
• He/she is expected to be Internet savvy
• Graphics designing skills would be an advantage
• Experience in creating and managing successful digital advertising campaigns
• Results oriented and able to work on multiple projects

Qualification
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts, Marketing, IT or any related field would be an advantage but not a requirement. Emphasis is on ability to deliver results.
