Kwame Addo Asirifi (Chief Executive Officer / Managing Partner)
Mr. Asirifi is a product of the University of Ghana and the London Guildhall University. He has a great deal of experience in Corporate Banking and Credit Risk Management. He started his career at uniBank (Ghana) in December 2000 but migrated to the united Kingdom in August 2001and worked with ZWEMMER holdings (United Kingdom) in the September of 2001 as an Assistant Accountant. He proceeded to City Sprint (UK) Ltd in March 2003 where he worked as a credit control analyst. From there, he moved to the Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust as a Financial Transactions Analyst. In 2005, he returned to Ghana and rejoined uniBank (Ghana) Limited as a Senior Credit Risk Officer. Later, in June 2006, he moved to The Trust Bank where he was the Officer in Charge of the Risk Surveillance Unit, and later, Credit Services and Recoveries. In September 2007, he joined Opportunity International Savings and Loans Limited where he established the Credit Risk Department, and remained as the Head of the said department until February 2009, when he moved to the Sahel – Sahara Bank (BSIC) to manage the Corporate Banking Lending Portfolio of the Credit Department. In September 2009, he formed Eric Morgan Consulting Limited where he has since remained at the helm as CEO and Chairman. The CEO is well connected in the area of corporate banking, credit risk management and general consulting. A product of the University of Ghana, and the London Guildhall University, as well as his connections in the City of London opens doors via an extensive network of associates, clients and consultants. Kwame is happily married to his wife, Leticia and they have two children.
