All computers sold by precision tribe limited covered by manufacture’s one year limited warranty , precision tribe limited further warrants any computer defects in the first 90 days will be fixed or replaced at no extra charge to your company, under the heading normal use. Replacement policy requires that all packaging materials be retained and kept in good condition to enable us ship the computer back to the manufacturer in the United States. Maintenance precision tribe limited offers (3) types of maintenance service agreements out of which the client selects the one which is most suitable for their business operations. Please find below a list of the various types of maintenance services offered by precision tribe limited. Call maintenance:- clients may call on precision tribe limited as and when maintenance services are needed and for diagnosis. Servicing & cost of parts used. Complete maintenance: - clients may decide to sign the complete maintenance agreement with precision tribe limited for an annual fee about 12% to 15% cost of equipment, where precision tribe limited will bear the total cost of spare repairs, labour and travelling uninterrupted services, in situation where it is not possible to fix the machine (s) within the agreed response time, precision tribe limited will provide a substitute out of its rotating stock. The machine will be left on site until the required one is installed. Precision tribe limited guarantees a response time of 5-12 hours for clients in Accra and Tema and 24, 48 hours for those outside Accra. Retention maintenance:-clients wishing to sign the retention maintenance with precision tribe limited will be required to pay an annual retention fee, where this will be used in maintaining their machine (s). Clients will be required to bear the cost of spare parts and be responsible for machines down time until spares are available. Copies of the maintenance agreement are available on request. Training
