One of the strangest, yet obvious changes during the COVID-19 pandemic was the increased activity of working from home. Many employees and employers alike, set up home offices, connected to WiFi and other smart systems that allowed a comfortable home office lifestyle.
Years down the line, many have lived with the idea of working from home because of course, who doesn’t want to be comfortable while getting their job done? Now, these smart systems(including TVs, smartphones, etc.) make life easier when communicating with friends, and family or making online purchases.
Smart systems just as in office environments are susceptible to cyber-attacks. Having a WiFi connection that allows easy internet access means hackers can also have access to your devices and software, even ones your children use for studies or playing games.
It is important, therefore, that you remain vigilant and secure your internet connections as much as possible. This will help protect not just your family but your business from bad people.
