This impactful programme is proudly organised by the Center for Leadership and Executive Training, an institution committed to building strong leadership capacity and driving institutional excellence across Africa.
The conference will bring together school leaders, educators, policymakers, education entrepreneurs, and key stakeholders to discuss practical strategies for improving learning outcomes and strengthening institutional growth. According to UNESCO, over 98 million children in Sub-Saharan Africa remain out of school, while many others are in school but lack basic literacy and numeracy skills. This highlights the urgent need for innovation, collaboration, and bold leadership in education.
