1. JOB TITLE: A mining company seeks the services of TWO CUSTOMER SERVICE AMBASSADORS/ PROs (Male & Female).

2. Our client (Name Withheld), is a household name within the West African Mining Industry; with over 23years of rich industry experience and a current staff strength of 13,600 plus across the sub region.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidates will aid the company's PRO to man the department and handle all customer related issues. A detailed job description will be made available after shortlisting.

4. LOCATION OF WORK
From the onset the prospective applicants will work from our Head office located within the Airport Residential Area, Accra. And after Six months of training and coaching, they will do alot of traveling; Within & Outside Ghana.

5. QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful, applicants must meet atleast 80% of the following requirements:
a. Must have atleast two years of post qualification experience as customer service personnel or PR
b. Must be a first degree holder in Marketing, PR, Journalism or any related discipline
c. Ability to drive with a valid driver's license..."Class B". On the other hand, candidates who are not able to drive may engage thee services of a driver at their own cost.
d. Must be willing to travel within and outside the country when duty calls. For that matter, applicants must posses a valid passport at the time of application
e. Successful applicants will undergo a thorough medical screening before appointment; so therefore all applicants must be fitbannd healthy at the time of application

SALARY:
Ghc 2,850 NET for the first 90 day's probation and reviewed afterwards. Other benefits and allowances include TRANSPORT, RENT, EDUCATION, DRESSING, FOOD AND TRAVEL.

JOB CATEGORY B: MICRO INSURANCE SALES REPS
1. Will prospect for clients and sell insurance policies to them
2. Will provide client support services to existing clients as and when required
3. Will handle all field related complaints when they arise
4. Will keep a diary on all field related activities
5. Will constantly report to supervisors and management on daily, weekly and monthly basis

SALARY STRUCTURE & OTHER BENEFITS
1. Each successful applicant will receive a flat salary/retainer plus a comprehensive and lucrative commission on all earnings
2. Each successful applicant will also be provided with a free SMART PHONE for easy communication
3. Workers will also be given a monthly credit allowance for both voice calls and internet browsing
4. Each worker after the probation period of 3 months will be provided with a Private Medical Insurance cover (MEDIX) of up to Ghc 2,000 (two thousand Ghana cedis) annually
5.There shall also be a Personal Accident Insurance Cover of up to Ghc 5,000 (five thousand Ghana cedis) annually for each worker who successfully completes the 3 months probation
6. An investment account will also be opened on behalf of all successful employees and a monthly investment of GHC 70 will be made on their behalf. However the employee will have access to this account after six (6) successful moths of joining the company. there will also be bonus of GHC 250 every six months. (Please Note: only workers who remain at post till the 7th month will have access to this package.

QUALIFICATION: All applicants at the time of applying must be atleast 23 yrs of age and must hold a minimum of SHS certificate.

Will perform factory hand related duties
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
1. Must have completed JHS/SHS and show proof of completion by a certificate or results slip
2. Must be ready to work on shift basis:
Morning Shift: (6am - 2pm)
Afternoon Shift: (2pm - 10pm)
Night Shift: (10pm - 6am)
Shifts will vary every week.
3.Must be living around Circle and it's environs such as Kaneshie, Odorkor, Mamprobi, Korle Bu, Chorkor, Lartebiokoshie, James Town, North Industrial Area, Adabraka, Asylum Down, Kanda etc
4. Should be prepared to work on Saturdays and Public holidays if the situation demands (Will be paid double time, should that occur)

SALARY: GHC 260 - GHC 300 and more(Depending on extra hours worked)
