Hundreds of enthusiastic community members braved a cold, rainy night to watch the Black Stars’ opening match against Panama at Cyanide Park in Tarkwa.

The public viewing event was organised by the Gold Fields Ghana Foundation in partnership with local radio station, Space FM.

The atmosphere was electric as fans cheered passionately while watching the game on a large screen. The thrilling last-minute goal that secured Ghana’s win made the wait in the cold and rain worthwhile.

Fans also took part in an engaging quiz about Gold Fields and the Foundation, walking away with branded souvenirs and gifts.
