In my engagement with a group of sales leaders recently, I asked for examples of questions they asked during sales recruitment interviews. One profound finding was that many of the questions were lagging; it was mainly about past sales experiences and very few asked leading questions that mainly reveal the attitude and aptitude of the interviewee!!

Recruiting the right person is the first sales result you will have.. So make the recruitment process count. More leading questions, please!!!!!!!
