Our Head of Sales doing what she does best, taking Skin Gourmet where it needs to go, this time with the Black Star Experience. And by the look of things, she is having the absolute time of her life.

Ethiopia, you have been everything. The food, the people, the coffee, the warmth, ah. Regina has been raving.

And shout out to the Black Star Experience tours for the way they are flying Ghana into the world. Showing up properly, with culture, craft, cuisine, and a whole roster of Ghanaian brands repping the motherland with so much pride. This is exactly the kind of Pan-African energy we love to see.

Here’s the recipe:
✨ Turmeric powder (brightens, calms inflammation)

✨ Geomanically Mask (yes, it’s made from termite & ant mounds, ancient African clay rich in minerals)

✨ A bit of our Baobab Black Soap (cocoa potash + honey + baobab oil + coconut oil + shea butter)

Mix them together and you get a frothy, fine-particle scrub-meets-mask-meets-soap. One ritual that exfoliates, cleanses, and treats at the same time.

While your face is still damp, press in pure Baobab Oil. Baobab is:

We spent a few days at Change Now, one of the world’s biggest summits for sustainability and impact. Founders, scientists, and changemakers all in one room, figuring out how to build a better future.
And we brought something with us. A brand new chocolate bar we’ve been quietly working on, served the way we serve at home, from calabashes. Nobody outside our team had tasted it yet. Paris was the first.
This is the part of the work most people don’t see. Months of formulating, testing, listening, refining. Getting real feedback from real people before anything makes it to a shelf.

Here’s exactly what’s happening in each step, and why your scalp will thank you for it:

✨ A light spritz of water first. This softens the scalp, opens the surface, and lets every layer that follows glide on without pulling or friction.

✨ Our brand new Gourmet Black Soap (and yes, the scent is something else). Traditional black soap is made from ingredients like plantain skin ash, cocoa pods and shea, all things your skin recognises. It cleanses gently, balances oil, and lathers naturally because there are zero synthetic foaming agents in there. Just real, edible-grade goodness.

✨ Raw Cocoa Sugar Paste, layered right over the soap. We always tell our community: feel free to mix your scrubs with your soaps. The sugar exfoliates so softly, the raw cocoa brings antioxidants and polyphenols, and together they create that dreamy boosted lather that nourishes while it cleanses.

✨ Ten to fifteen minutes of letting it sit. This is where the minerals, nutrients and antioxidants really sink in.

✨ Rinse, then seal with Baobab Oil and Shea Butter. Baobab is rich in omegas 3, 6 and 9 plus vitamins A, E and F, so it hydrates deeply without feeling heavy. Shea butter, our heart and soul ingredient from Ghana, locks the moisture in and leaves the scalp calm, soft and glowing.

You are also one of the most amazing grandmothers in the world, so loving, so present, and so full of care. We are truly blessed to have you.

We thank God so much for your life today and always. We pray for many more years of prosperity, joy, peace, and divine health.
