Traditional classroom training is no longer effective, organisation invest millions of dollars every year to train their employees on all available resources such as seminars, retreats, online video course, motivational speakers and continuing education. these can be be good but they have weaknesses.
problem with traditional approach is that , it has a little long term rentention, limited follow up, no application, measure results. and no ROI.
the solution to this is to move from transactional training to transformational training where results can be measured. the difference is that there is:
