Afole, a platform for cashless transactions, is a solution for making and receiving payments from the electronic wallets of members and non-members of churches or church-related institutions. e church’s bank account. Afole through its Mobile Money payment method does not require the user to have a particular type of smartphone but any phone can be used as long as it can make calls. All the user has to do is to dial the short code of *714*999 # and enter the altar number of the church or institution. Then on selecting from the menu the kind of payment to be made, the amount is deducted from the person’s mobile wallet to which the person receives a notification on the deduction and the money is paid into the bank account of the church/institution.
