Geocrest Company Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Asubonteng as a Non-Executive Director to our Board of Directors.
Eric is a highly respected mining executive with over 22 years of leadership experience across Ghana and international mining operations. He brings strong expertise in operational excellence, strategic transformation, and financial leadership, having held senior roles at AngloGold Ashanti and Gold Fields.
He is a former President of the Ghana Chamber of Mines and previously served as 1st Vice President. He holds an MBA (Manchester Business School), BSc (University of Ghana), and a Graduate Certificate in Mining Engineering (University of New South Wales). He is also a Fellow of ACCA (UK) and an Honorary Doctor of Science (DSc) recipient from the University of Mines and Technology. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the West Africa Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (WAIMM), and also serve on the boards of AMIRA Africa and Parmicor Ltd.
