The purpose of goals is to move you from where you are to where you desire to be. My passion for helping others reach their goals led me to join the John Maxwell Team. Prior to joining the team, I spent 16 years in various leadership capacities across the educational, religious, social and political fields. Also, I founded the New Generational Leaders Network (NEGELEN), a non-profit organization which trained over ten thousand leaders in Ghana within the first three years of its existence. Over the past five years, I have dedicated my life to developing the human and leadership capacity of individuals and organizations. I hold a Bachelor of Education Degree in Social Studies from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana and a Diploma in Basic Education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. As an educator and leader, I sit on various boards and committees that impact the lives of communities. Wearing these many hats is a challenge in juggling my daily responsibilities, yet through discipline, I have learned how to have a structured and practical plan to keep everything in balanced motion. Since 2008, I have personally used the John Maxwell tools to challenge, motivate and serve mankind through talk shows, seminars and workshops in the area of values- based leadership development. As CEO of Bismark Tay Leadership Solutions, I am able to bring my knowledge, talent and experiences as an accomplished leader, speaker, teacher and coach, to challenge, motivate and serve individuals or groups I work with, helping people become better and maximizing profits and growth of businesses. It is through my servant leadership style that I have especially been able to communicate and connect, successfully leading people to places of significance in their business and personal lives.
