INVESTMENT ACCOUNT – LET YOUR MONEY WORK FOR YOU
A special account that gives you 4% interest every month on any deposit you make. The said interest will be paid into your account as desired; i.e. whether monthly, quarterly or otherwise. Agreement periods spans between 90 days (3 months) to 36 months (3 years)
Investor has the option of ending the contract after the first engagement or continuing as desired.
ASSET/BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
We provide professional support in managing your assets and/or business in Ghana, to ensure you achieve maximum benefits from it; be it Housing, Lands or Business or any other. When an agreement is reached, a legally binding contract is signed by both parties, and timelines for of the proposed engagement are set, and all necessary activities commence.
Periodic updates are given to clients on progress and all financial obligations are also expected to be met by clients as work proceeds.
