Now everyone is talking about Balthazar. It is read he is a businessman and a security expert.

Lessons

His thoughts went beyond normal as a man in a profession to consider his privacy and the women.

Nothing pricked his conscience to put a limit because he chanced on them for a game but not for humanity.

If he was not being investigated, how could he have restrained himself from one woman to another? Do not start certain ventures.

What does his actions tell us about security persons? Many are taking advantages more than we witness in Balthazar's actions.

It is believed he is a model but a bad one no one would copy his actions.

He has caused a stir most who have tried what he did in his secret would have the chance to expunge or delete from their devices.

Indeed many things are happening in the secrets. A lot of wild explicits many are doing.

When the cameras begin to roll.

It is known many can be carried away by the flesh irrespective of one's innocence because when it is leading you, one has no idea.

Irrespective there are quite right and focused persons; though not perfect, they have a good limit to what the flesh offers them.

Handover Your Phones to The President Says Mr. Newton-Offei

Those days in Ghana where fresh graduates were being recruited by organizations on campuses are over. These days in Ghana, the influx of application letters for employment in organizations and firms have been so common and massive.

This seems the same with the appointed public officials, notably, Ministers, Managing Directors, MMDCEs, Presidential Staffers and others.

There seems to be various complaints by some of these public appointees upon requests of employment opportunities.

One Mr. Newton-Offei Justice Abeeku who is believed to be a presidential staffer posted on his Facebook wall to give a piece of advice to all public appointees.

"Please walk to the office of the President at the Flagstaff House, handover your phones to the President so he answers the calls for you to enable you have the peace of mind to focus on your job,

and when 2020 elections draw near, the President, will single-handedly, travel across the country to campaign for the party to be re-elected, so that you can come and chop your posts, once again". He thanked them though.

This evoked when Mr. Newton had the view some of these appointees complain bitterly of the incessant phone calls from both supporters and ordinary Ghanaians that voted the party into office.

There has been reports by some party supporters from the two dominant political parties in the country. Some political party supporters especially those from the grassroots have complained bitterly about this.

It is reported some even turn off their phones immediately they win power and earn appointments respectively.

[Tips for Writing Your Research Proposal]

1. Know yourself: Know your area of expertise, what are your strengths and what are your weaknesses. Play to your strengths, not to your weaknesses. If you want to get into a new area of research, learn something about the area before you write a proposal. Research previous work. Be a scholar.
2. Know the program from which you seek support: You are responsible for finding the appropriate program for support of your research.
3. Read the program announcement: Programs and special activities have specific goals and specific requirements. If you don’t meet those goals and requirements, you have thrown out your chance of success. Read the announcement for what it says, not for what you want it to say. If your research does not fit easily within the scope of the topic areas outlined, your chance of success is nil.
4. Formulate an appropriate research objective: A research proposal is a proposal to conduct research, not to conduct development or design or some other activity. Research is a methodical process of building upon previous knowledge to derive or discover new knowledge, that is, something that isn’t known before the research is conducted.
5. Develop a viable research plan: A viable research plan is a plan to accomplish your research objective that has a non-zero probability of success. The focus of the plan must be to accomplish the research objective.
6. State your research objective clearly in your proposal: A good research proposal includes a clear statement of the research objective. Early in the proposal is better than later in the proposal. The first sentence of the proposal is a good place. A good first sentence might be, “The research objective of this proposal is...” Do not use the word “develop” in the statement of your research objective.
7. Frame your project around the work of others: Remember that research builds on the extant knowledge base, that is, upon the work of others. Be sure to frame your project appropriately, acknowledging the current limits of knowledge and making clear your contribution to the extension of these limits. Be sure that you include references to the extant work of others.
8. Grammar and spelling count: Proposals are not graded on grammar. But if the grammar is not perfect, the result is ambiguities left to the reviewer to resolve. Ambiguities make the proposal difficult to read and often impossible to understand, and often result in low ratings. Be sure your grammar is perfect.
9. Format and brevity are important: Do not feel that your proposal is rated based on its weight. Use 12-point fonts, use easily legible fonts, and use generous margins. Take pity on the reviewers. Make your proposal a pleasant reading experience that puts important concepts up front and makes them clear. Use figures appropriately to make and clarify points, but not as filler.
10. Know the review process: Know how your proposal will be reviewed before you write it. Proposals that are reviewed by panels must be written to a broader audience than proposals that will be reviewed by mail. Mail review can seek out reviewers with very specific expertise in very narrow disciplines.
11. Proof read your proposal before it is sent: Many proposals are sent out with idiotic mistakes, omissions, and errors of all sorts. Proposals have been submitted with the list of references omitted and with the references not referred to. Proposals have been submitted to the wrong program. Proposals have been submitted with misspellings in the title. These proposals were not successful. Stupid things like this kill a proposal. It is easy to catch them with a simple, but careful, proof reading. Don’t spend six or eight weeks writing a proposal just to kill it with stupid mistakes that are easily prevented.
12. Submit your proposal on time: Duh? Why work for two months on a proposal just to have it disqualified for being late? Remember, fairness dictates that proposal submission rules must apply to everyone. It is not up to the discretion of the program officer to grant you dispensation on deadlines. Get your proposal in two or three days before the deadline.

We join voices seeking to separate the Ministry of Youth and Sports into two different ministries. The establishment of this ministry is a unit but has two mandates. It has been vibrant in the area of Sports but been very silent on Youth in this country. The ministry over the years has been active with Sports specifically footballing neglecting all other disciplines. But for its mandate on Youth, it has been non-existing! It has pre-supposed that all funds for the ministry go into Sports but not the Youth. The youth of every nation has its young people as its promising future. They initiate talents, they have fresh academic and professional skills. Besides, they are very energetic for their passions. In spite of all these, the ministry makes virtually nothing out of the youth. At a time which countries are advancing with the ideas and proficiency of their youth, Ghana is neglecting hers. Can the nation quantify these unused losses? No attention has been shown to the youth in this country. Almost every idea and proficiency go waste among the youth. It is of this reason we join all voices and urge for a separation to the unit. We believe it is in the supreme interest of the youth and also a strive for national development. We therefore call for all who are concerned to add their voices.

Ghana is running elections set for December 7. Ghana has struggled within the last few days to elections.

Electoral processes to put political candidates on the ballot were faced with administrative disqualifications.

This brought about several legal battles. Eventually, stability has prevailed.

Now, Ghanaians are presented with 7 candidates on December 7 to elect 1.

This brings about the importance of the people's sovereignty as written in the preamble of the constitution.

They would vote on economic trends, education trends, health trends, employment trends and particularly governance traits.

What has been the legacies of some of these parties mostly the tested ones which have had chances to govern before relative to aggregation to duration of terms.

Ghanaians knew nothing like deception in politics except employed by politicians.

Today, deception to the electorates is technically termed propaganda in politics and welcomed!

This is serious. This has also necessitated the electorates to awake and discern which party to vote for! Some political parties have adapted to propaganda and finance them.

This is more expensive than governance itself and deprives many of fundamental social and economic development.

As the electorates see this opposing and inimical to their welfare, some political parties see it beneficial and profiteering.

It becomes more dangerous to see mismanagement and depletion of state resources when some of these political parties manoeuvre their way to power.

Now, it is obvious Ghana is featured with such parties in this upcoming election and must be discouraged to extinct!

In other words, Ghanaians must make such political parties with such orientations leave the scene. Political parties of such orientation are not successful eventually.

They get no commitment to work for people and nation. They get corrupt and want to get everything corrupted. They become lawless yet ushered into power by law!

They bring obscure hardships onto themselves and the obvious to the people even though they live with huge resources going through the drains.

This brings about building loose, porous and weak nation. Ghana can't continue to harbour such 'slavery impost'. Ghana must survive under the rich and the poor.

All politicians must rather see it a privilege to serve Ghana than to see themselves super beings over their own.

The electorates are supreme to their courses! It is high time Ghanaians are governed with credence, paramount interests of the people, transparency, equity & fairness, integrity and commitment.

Ghanaians mustn't settle so low. They deserve more than better.

Let most electorates make less attractive some of these parties even to live let alone survive. The people own power but politicians rather owe it to the people!

Let the people vote this time costly to teach them lessons. Ghana must be liberated totally!
