I’m really excited about this interview with one of my favourite language coaches! She has inspired so many language learners and language coaches, and created a platform for French learners and Tutors to come together and practise. Surprise surprise, she learnt French and Spanish right here in Ghana.

If you have ever heard her speak Spanish or French before, you would be as shocked as I am to know she learnt it without a language immersion (Language immersion is when you stay in a country that speaks your target language as a way of surrounding yourself with the language and forcing you to speak.

Countless times people have reached out to me to share with them or their French Teachers strategies to help make their lessons more effective. However, when I announce a seminar, silence!

If you want someone to invest their time and knowledge in you, for a cause that you will use to generate money, it’s just nice to give something small as a way of saying “I respect your time, I respect the value you offer”. In the past, I would have done this for free, but I have learnt some principles. Some of these help us determine who really values your efforts, inputs, who really will be willing to part with something small to see your business grow.

Mz Herty has inspired many language learners and coaches. I was super excited when she signed up for our first ever online Teacher Training Webinar last year.
