Around November–December last year, I lodged a complaint with your office, but to date, no one has addressed it. I called your landline, and a lady picked up. She took my contact information, but I have not received any feedback regarding the complaint.
I am based in Takoradi and used to distribute Special Ice about five years ago. You can check your archives under my company name, *Armoo Royal Enterprise*.
At the time, I made deposits to purchase bottled water under the supervision of Mr. Thomas, then the Western Regional Head. Due to issues with my store, I requested a refund. It has now been two years since I made that request, but Mr. Thomas and Mr. Edem have continually given excuses without resolving the matter. Mr. Thomas has refused to pick up my calls or respond to my WhatsApp/SMS messages. Mr. Edem also stopped answering my calls, often replying only with an SMS saying, *“I’m at the court; your cheque will be ready soon.”*
This attitude has left me with no option but to raise the matter publicly. I urgently need the money for pressing issues, and I kindly ask that this matter be addressed promptly.
