We were in the room where it matters.
Recently, Delimush participated in a high-level workshop on Ghana's food system resilience, convened by the Office of the Minister of State for Climate Change and Sustainability in collaboration with Root Alliance.
Representing Delimush, our Co-Founder, Nkpelawuni Abdul-Wahab , shared insights on the economic potential of plant-based foods and the role mushrooms can play in improving nutrition, creating jobs, and supporting climate-smart agriculture.
We also presented our mushroom sauces and canned mushroom products to the office of the Minister of State for Climate Change and Sustainability as examples of sustainable, locally made food innovation in Ghana. eg
