We were honored to welcome a delegation from UNICEF for what began as a familiarization visit—but quickly evolved into a thought-provoking exchange of ideas and possibilities. Beneath the surface of our discussions lies a shared vision, one that is only just beginning to take shape.

As we reflect on the conversations and the untapped opportunities they revealed, there is a growing sense that something impactful is on the horizon. Together, we are exploring pathways that could redefine access to entrepreneurship and employment for youth and women—unlocking potential, igniting innovation, and shaping sustainable livelihoods.

This is just the beginning. We eagerly anticipate the next steps in what promises to be a meaningful collaboration, one that holds the power to transform aspirations into action.

That's why the Agric TVET & Enterprise Development Program went a step further, the trainees walked away with a number of birds to call their own. No waiting, no excuses. The tools to get started are already in their hands.

The training gave them the knowledge. Now they have something to put that knowledge to work on.
