The new year is here and I know many of us will be setting goals for the year. These are a few tips to help you.

1. SET GOAL THAT MOTIVATE YOU: Make sure your goals are important to you, and there's value in achieving them. Motivation is key to achieving your goals.

2. SET SMART GOALS: Your goals must be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time Bound.

3. SET GOALS IN WRITING: Writing down a goal makes it real and tangible and you can't forget.

4. MAKE AN ACTION PLAN: This will help you plan all of the steps that are needed along the way. Also, this will make you put in the work.

5. STICK WITH IT: Goal setting is an ongoing activity not just a means to an end. Set up reminders to keep yourself on track.

An international company, manufacturing high quality lead-acid batteries operating in Europe, Middle East and South-East Asia countries is looking to hire a qualified SALES AGENT in Ghana.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Active search and acquisition of buyers of batteries and development of markets
2. Wholesale of lead automotive batteries
3. Support for key clients as part of order implementation
4. Monitoring of competition
5. Close cooperation with a production plant located in Poland

REQUIREMENT:
1. Successful commercial experience with the wholesale clients portfolio evidenced by completed contracts
2. Active minimum 5 years professional experience in the automotive market/sale of batteries
3. Possession of customers for orders in container quantities
4. Preparing analyses on the market situation and market trends
5. Availability and readiness for business trips
6. Good communication skills both oral and written (English)
7. Degree / Diploma in Marketing
