I am excited to announce the maiden edition of COOK • CREATE • BRAND – Empowering Creative Futures, a mentorship, practical skills, technology, entrepreneurship, and career development initiative for students of Nkonya Senior High School.

As a former Home Economics student, I have witnessed how creative and practical programmes are often overlooked despite their immense contribution to innovation, entrepreneurship, and national development. This initiative seeks to change that narrative.

The programme will bring together students from Home Economics and Visual Arts for a day of inspiration, learning, creativity, and practical experience.

Highlights include:
• Mentorship and empowerment sessions
• Entrepreneurship and personal branding
• Technology, AI & the future of work
• Practical culinary training and food presentation
• Technology and AI for Visual Arts students
• Cooking and Art competitions
• Awards, certificates, and recognition

We are honoured to welcome:
• Hon. Jean Marie Formadi, MP for Biakoye Constituency and proud old student
• Amb. Clemence Gyato, Peace Ambassador Ghana and Entrepreneur
• Mr. Winfred Antwi, CEO of Reign Technology & Memboa
• Mr. Felix Afriyie Addae, Programmer and Technology Facilitator

This year's programme begins at Nkonya Senior High School, but the vision is much bigger.

2027 – Expansion to Senior High Schools across the Biakoye District.
2028 – Expansion throughout the Oti Region.
Future Phase – Volta Region and beyond, including Technical and Vocational Institutions.

Our goal is to elevate the creative side of education and demonstrate that creativity, technology, innovation, and practical skills are essential pillars of Ghana's future.

I look forward to collaborating with institutions, sponsors, old students, and stakeholders who share this vision.
