Logistics Failure Causing Customer Refunds.
Our parcels coming from the UK π¬π§ through Gingally Shipping and Removals Ltd (Cargo) have still not arrived for almost 3 weeks. This delay is now causing serious damage to our business, as many customers have already cancelled their orders and requested refunds due to the lack of delivery.
We sincerely apologize to our valued customers, but at this point, we are unable to give any exact arrival date because Gingally Logistics has failed to provide us with any clear or reliable information.
Each time we contact the boss in the UK, the response is the same: βthe parcels havenβt arrived.β Meanwhile, his staff in The Gambia, Mr Lamin, who is holding the tracking numbers, also keeps repeating that βthe parcels havenβt arrived,β claiming Redcoat said the same.
This constant back-and-forth with no transparency, no update, and no accountability has continued for weeks, and it is now unacceptable. The delay is directly causing us financial losses and damaging our reputation with our customers.
