Dear mum,
Exactly 23 years ago today, you left this dunya. Although we miss you so dearly, we are still grateful for the love and compassion you have for us. You were a source of inspiration for us and we still cherish your humility and magnanimity.
I pray…
O Allah, the Most Compassionate, I come before You with a humble heart, asking for Your mercy upon our beloved mother. She was a source of love, wisdom, and guidance in my life. I ask You to forgive her shortcomings and to cleanse her from all her sins, as You are the Most Forgiving.
O Allah, grant her a place in the highest ranks of Paradise, where she may enjoy everlasting peace and joy. Fill her grave with Your light and blessings, and make it a place of comfort and tranquility. Surround her with Your angels and keep her in the company of the righteous.
O Allah, grant us the strength to continue to endure this loss and to remember her with love and gratitude. Help us to continue her legacy of kindness and compassion for others. Place patience in our hearts and allow us to find solace in our memories of her.
May Your mercy encompass her, and may she be rewarded for her sacrifices and dedication. O Allah, accept this dua for my mother, and unite us with her in the Hereafter.
