Position: Program and Training Coordinator
We are seeking the services of a candidate for the position of Program and Training Coordinator. Interested candidate should possess at least Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degrees in Education, Development studies, Management, Economics, Public Administration, Human Resources or any other relevant social sciences. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate sufficient working knowledge and experience in a similar position or job function. Only shorted persons will be contacted.

Main responsibilities and Functions
• Perform coordination functions and ensures effective implementation of programs and activities with supervision roles and management of teams.
• Lead marketing and recruitment drive of certification participants, profession development candidates, trainees and corporate customers for training programs and certifications.
• Develop training programs, coordinate submission of proposals for EOI or RFPs
• Participates in the implementation of PLESMA branding and outreach plans on training programs and projects assigned, including drafts and updates on program summaries and other outreach and communication materials, web stories, and social media in including managing and updating websites, social Media and online platforms of the firm.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the all internal and external stakeholders and identify potential and new partners.
• Participates and take the lead in designing, planning, and implementation of training activities and projects.
• Review and organize training plans٫ design and develop training programs for course participants, self-study and individual learners and corporate institutions.
• Prepare appropriate learning and training methods for respective participants and learners including simulations٫ mentoring٫ workshop, on the job training٫ professional development, Online and /or hybrid learning.
• Review and analyze instructional effectiveness and prepare reports determining the impact of training on participants and employee skills and how it affects KPIs
• Manage and maintained applications, curriculum database and training records
• Organize train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
• Facilitate and organize training events including preparation of venues, logistics, equipment, facilities and training materials.
• Track training programs and review performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals and objectives are met.
• Participates in conducting risk assessment throughout project cycle and anticipate internal, external and stakeholder needs and readily implement issue resolution with project stakeholders.
• Performed any other relevant duties and tasks assigned.
