Job Summary
He / she will be responsible to provides clerical administrative assistance to the School academic staff, Teachers, Students and ensure proper filing system are implemented.
Key functions
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating, preparing reports, and such reports should be timely submitted.
• Provides administrative support for the school academic staff, Student and Admissions as directed by the School Principal/CEO.
• Serves as a point of direct administrative contact with other institutions and represent the school in any other activities.
• Responsible for correspondence, and letters in consultation with the school principal/CEO

• Ensure that all inquiries are responsibly administered and address from students or any other sources.

Education and experience
• Higher Diploma Management/ Administration or Business related field.
• A Minimum of 3 years working experience preferable in school administration
