Grounded in this heritage, he pursued rigorous scientific training, earning a Master of Science in wine technology, publishing his research in scientific journals, and achieving both the WSET Diploma and certification as a WSET Level 3 Educator. His path then expanded across the world’s most esteemed vineyards through a year in the Master of Wine program, enriching his understanding of terroir and precision. Today, guided by his ancestral roots, fortified by scientific mastery, and enriched by a cultivated global outlook, Panos is driven to reveal the full potential of Epirus’ breathtaking terroirs, crafting wines of elegance, intellectual depth, and refined sophistication.
