🌍Η NOVACERT συμμετείχε στο Global Fashion Summit 2026 στην Κοπεγχάγη, ένα από τα σημαντικότερα διεθνή fora για το μέλλον της βιώσιμης μόδας και κλωστοϋφαντουργίας, με κεντρικό θέμα “Building Resilient Futures”.
🌱Ένα από τα βασικά συμπεράσματα των φετινών συζητήσεων ήταν η μετάβαση “from claims to proof” — από τις γενικές δηλώσεις βιωσιμότητας στην ουσιαστική εφαρμογή, τεκμηρίωση και μετρήσιμα αποτελέσματα.
Οι θεματικές του summit επικεντρώθηκαν σε:
• regenerative agriculture
• traceability & transparency
• circularity & recommerce models
• ESG και οικονομική ανθεκτικότητα
• textile-to-textile recycling
• data-driven sustainability approaches
Μέσα από παρουσιάσεις, panels και συναντήσεις με stakeholders από όλη την αλυσίδα αξίας της μόδας και της κλωστοϋφαντουργίας, επιβεβαιώθηκε ότι το μέλλον του κλάδου βασίζεται σε:
✔ πιστοποιημένα συστήματα παραγωγής
✔ διαφανείς και ανθεκτικές value chains
✔ συνεργασία μεταξύ γεωργίας, βιομηχανίας και fashion brands
✔ μετρήσιμα στοιχεία βιωσιμότητας
Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δόθηκε και στον ρόλο των φυσικών ινών, όπως το ευρωπαϊκό βαμβάκι, στην ανάπτυξη πιο διαφανών, ανθεκτικών και βιώσιμων value chains.
Η NOVACERT συνεχίζει να συμμετέχει ενεργά στον διεθνή διάλογο γύρω από τη βιωσιμότητα και να συμβάλλει, μέσα από έργα, συνεργασίες και πρωτοβουλίες, στη μετάβαση προς πιο υπεύθυνα, ανθεκτικά και διαφανή μοντέλα ανάπτυξης.

🌱One of the key takeaways from this year’s discussions was the transition “from claims to proof” — moving from general sustainability commitments toward practical implementation, verification, and measurable impact.
The summit discussions focused on:

• ESG and economic resilience
• textile-to-textile recycling
• data-driven sustainability approaches
Through presentations, panels, and meetings with stakeholders across the fashion and textile value chain, it became clear that the future of the sector relies on:
✔ certified production systems
✔ transparent and resilient value chains
✔ collaboration between agriculture, industry, and fashion brands
✔ measurable sustainability performance
Special emphasis was also placed on the role of natural fibers, such as European cotton, in developing more transparent, resilient, and sustainable value chains.
NOVACERT continues to actively participate in the international dialogue on sustainability and to contribute, through projects, partnerships, and initiatives, to the transition toward more responsible, resilient, and transparent development models.
