ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑ & ΕΠΙΛΟΓΕΣ ΣΤΗΝ (ΤΡΙΤ/ΘΜΙΑ) ΕΚΠΑΙΔΕΥΣΗ_____
Πάμε λοιπόν, με τα βασικά! Οι συνταγματικές πρόνοιες στη χώρα για την προσφορά τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης δεν είναι μόνον αναχρονιστικές, αλλά και προκαλούν αδικίες. Γι' αυτούς που έχουν αναπτύξει ώς τα 17/18 τους χρόνια τις ικανότητες να διαπρέψουν σε επιστημονική γνώση και δεν έχουν τις απαραίτητες οικονομικές δυνατότητες. Το ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑ στην ΕΚΠΑΙΔΕΥΣΗ και μάλιστα στην τριτοβάθμια αφορά στη διασφάλιση εξίσου της ευκαιρίας σε όλους, που βρίσκονται στην ίδια ηλικιακή βαθμίδα, να εκπαιδευθούν και να αποκτήσουν τα αντίστοιχα επιστημονικά-τεχνικά προσόντα. Και όχι στη διασφάλιση εκπαίδευσης σε όλους! Ένα σύγχρονο ευνομούμενο κράτος, που επιδιώκει διαρκώς να αντιμετωπίζει τις αναδυόμενες ανισότητες, πρέπει να πασχίζει να βρίσκει λύσεις για να τις μειώνει ή και να τις εξαλείφει. Για παράδειγμα, δεν πρέπει να "απαγορεύει" την προσφορά υψηλής ποιότητας εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων επειδή δεν μπορούν να έχουν "όλοι" πρόσβαση σ΄αυτά! Αλλά, αντίθετα, να επιδιώκει να μπορούν να έχουν πρόσβαση όσοι έχουν τις δυνατότητες να μετάσχουν σ' αυτά και, επίσης, η πολιτεία να διασφαλίζει όσο γίνεται περισσότερες ΕΠΙΛΟΓΕΣ σε όλους, ανάλογα με τις δυνατότητές τους. Αυτά μου ήλθαν στον μυαλό, με βάση τη σημερινή παρουσίαση των προσφερόμενων MBA προγρ/των στο διαδίκτυο (online) από τους FT. Σε αντιπαραβολή με τα τόσον εξωπραγματικά και αναχρονιστικά που ακούστηκαν στο δημόσιο διάλογο ενόψει της εισαγωγής και ψήφισης του πιο πρόσφατου νομοθετήματος που έρχεται να ρυθμίσει κι άλλο την τριτ/θμια εκπαίδευση. Τουλάχιστον προσπαθεί να αντιμετωπίσει τις προαναφερθείσες αδικίες, λόγω των προβλέψεων του συντάγματος, παρέχοντας τη δυνατότητα ίδρυσης μη κρατικών οργανισμών τριτ/θμιας εκπ/σης. Ας ελπίσουμε ότι το πολτικό προσωπικό της χώρας θα καταφέρει επιτέλους να "αναθεωρήσει" τις συνταγματικές προβλέψεις, στο μέλλον, ώστε το δικαίωμα (ευκαιρίες) στην τριτ/θμια εκπαίδευση να διασφαλίζεται εξίσου σε όλους, ανάλογα με τα προσόντα τους, προσφέροντας τους πολλές επιλογές προόδου, αντί μονόδρομων και αδιεξόδων!

On 11th and 12th of October 2022 the second Transnational Project Meeting planned within the framework of took place in Vienna, Austria.

This meeting was about getting an overview of case studies and materials gathered on which basis a presentation and discussion of the toolkit prototype took place. Partners talked about the definition and collective decision on procedures to analyze the case studies, division of tasks, and the overall plan of action.

They also coordinated their financial and narrative reporting and communication and social media activities.

The multi case study data analysis is out!

The report is the result of all the work done so far in the HECSOs project. It is mainly divided in three parts:
✅The literature review with the definition of the construct of community engagement
✅The questions, methodology and findings of the analyses of 16 case studies selected out of 75 practices collected.
✅The brief description of all 16 case studies.

In the analyses we looked in particular to the process of community engagement (starting from the challenge), the value generation process, the stakeholder’s empowerment, the key enablers of community engagement as well as the know-how/competences mapping.

The of the GEN Y/Z - Scoodle project took place in Athens in early February, presenting tools and insights aimed at professionals looking to promote social engagement among European youth.

As Dr. Nikitas Kastis, Partner & Managing Director of , mentioned, the aspects of the project succeeded in:
✅Bringing together youth workers and adult (“Second Chance”) educators on designing processes and developing tools and resources for their target groups
✅Starting with collaboratively developing a Competence Framework for youth practitioners, while strengthening ownership on their own CPD
✅“On-the-job” professional development, Competence Framework comprising the foundation, with a "bottom-up" approach and blended learning through problem-oriented & project-based (action learning) activity.
