🚨 70% 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥.
Let that sink in.
It's rarely because the strategy is wrong.
It's because 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬.
We facilitated an immersive 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, one of the latest additions to our training portfolio in collaboration with our strategic partner Workz A/S.
Participants didn't just learn about change, they experienced it. And that makes all the difference.
Throughout the simulation, participants discovered that:
🔹 Every individual reacts differently to change.
🔹 Resistance isn't the enemy, it's valuable information.
🔹 Leading through uncertainty is far more challenging than it looks.
🔹 Every team member has a role in making change successful, not just leaders.
Using evidence-based frameworks from 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐊𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧, participants explored real-life change scenarios, made difficult decisions, navigated resistance, and reflected on what it truly takes to build commitment rather than compliance.
One of the biggest takeaways?
People don't resist change. They resist uncertainty, loss, and feeling unheard.
A huge thank you to the teams from OTE Group of Companies, PPC S.A., and ISOMAT for making this an inspiring learning experience.
As organizations continue to transform at an unprecedented pace, developing the human side of change is no longer a "nice to have."
