Culture doesn't change in slides. It changes in experience. 🎤

On 29/4, Summit took the stage at the Business Culture Conference by BOUSSIAS Events and it was everything this conversation should be.

Our founder Thodoris Papagiannis presented "Corporate Culture: The Ugly Truth" - challenging the room to stop seeing culture as values posters and start seeing it as system design. Because what you measure, what you reward, and what you tolerate… that's your culture. Whether you planned it or not.

Being in a room full of leaders who are actively shaping the culture of their organizations and who show up to a conference like this precisely because they care, was a powerful reminder of why this work matters.

And the conversations that happened in between? Just as valuable. Exchanging thoughts with fellow attendees, hearing different perspectives, seeing familiar ideas through a new lens — that's the part that stays with you. Αt the end of the day, that's what events like this are really for: meeting new people and opening up the way we think. 💡
