Υπάρχει ένα μοντέλο ηγεσίας που δεν χρειάζεται να φωνάξει για να ακουστεί. Δεν βάζει τον εαυτό του στο κέντρο αλλά την ομάδα. Ρωτάει πριν αποφασίσει, ακούει πριν κρίνει, και δίνει χώρο σε ένα ταλέντο που δεν είναι πάντα το πιο φωναχτό.

Σε κάθε πρόγραμμα που σχεδιάζουμε, βλέπουμε ποιοι αναλαμβάνουν φυσικά αυτόν τον ρόλο μέσα στην ομάδα και σπάνια είναι αυτοί που το περιμένει κανείς.

Summer in the city ❌ No, thank you!

Something happens when you take a team out of the office. The suits come off. The titles fade. The guard drops.

Σε κάθε πρόγραμμα που σχεδιάζουμε, βλέπουμε το ίδιο πράγμα να επαναλαμβάνεται: ο άνθρωπος που όλοι περίμεναν να ηγηθεί, κάθεται πίσω. Κι αυτός που κανείς δεν είχε προσέξει, αναλαμβάνει.

Δεν είναι θέμα ταλέντου ή τεχνικής γνώσης. Είναι θέμα χαρακτήρα και ο χαρακτήρας φαίνεται μόνο όταν η κατάσταση δεν είναι στρωτή.
Μια δεξιότητα μαθαίνεται. Η ακεραιότητα, η συνέπεια, η διάθεση να σταθείς δίπλα στον άλλον όταν τα πράγματα δυσκολεύουν αυτά δεν τα διδάσκεις σε workshop. Τα αποκαλύπτεις.

Γι' αυτό σχεδιάζουμε καταστάσεις με πραγματική πίεση, όχι ασκήσεις γραφείου.
