There’s a moment in every retreat where something shifts.

For us it happened in the ceremonies.

At the opening, each woman drew a card and read the truth of where she was. Some smiled. Some went quiet. One cried, not from sadness, but from recognition.

At the closing, we drew again. This time as a compass for what comes next.

Mine said I am enough and I will always be enough.

I won’t lie, I needed that. More than I expected.

This is what the Mindful Affirmation Cards by did inside the Bloom & Reset. They didn’t add a moment to the retreat. They became one.

That’s the kind of thing I look for in every brand I bring into this space.

Thank you for supporting this retreat and for creating something with this much intention. ❤️

Many years ago I was the woman who never stopped, only collapsed.

Push through everything, run on fumes, spend half the year mentally planning the next holiday just to survive the chaos I was living in.

That was my version of coping.

And I genuinely thought that was just me. That I was an anxious person. A busy person. Someone who needed more willpower, more discipline, more everything.

Turns out I just didn’t know how to reset.

Not perfectly. Not always gracefully. But consistently. And now it doesn’t matter what state life drops me in — an overwhelming week, anxiety about an outcome, fear, procrastination, zero clarity — I know exactly what to do. I don’t wait for next week’s yoga class to finally exhale. I don’t need to unload everything on my partner or my friends before I can breathe again.

I just reset. And I come back to myself.

That’s what I want to teach you.

→ When did you last feel genuinely restored, not just less tired?
→ Are you actually resetting, or just waiting for the overwhelm to pass?
→ What would be different if you knew exactly what to do every single time?

Resetting isn’t something you schedule once in a while and hope sticks. It’s a skill. And like every skill,
you can learn it.

I’m opening a free masterclass on exactly this, and I’m building the list now, before I open it to everyone.

Some people think yoga is just about stretching.
Some people think slowing down is easy.

They’re not wrong, until they try it with intention.

Most high-achieving women arrive carrying more than they realise. Tension they’ve normalised. Patterns they’ve never questioned. A nervous system running on high alert, dressed up as productivity.
And they wonder why, despite doing everything right, something still feels off.

This work doesn’t shout. It doesn’t promise a transformation in 30 days or ask you to push harder. It asks you to slow down long enough to actually feel what’s happening inside you — and that, for most women, is the hardest thing they’ve ever done.

But if you stay with it?
The way you think shifts. The way you decide shifts. The way you hold yourself — in your body, in your relationships, in your life — shifts.

The women who stay with me don’t come for a class.
They come because they’re ready to meet themselves — intentionally.

If something in this is speaking to you, stay close. 💫
Something is coming soon, a space for women ready to experience real, holistic transformation.

Drop a 🙌🏼 if you feel this energy.

Something I notice about the people who come on retreat with me.

They’re not lost. They’re not broken. They haven’t hit rock bottom.

They’re running a life that looks fine on the outside, but costs everything on the inside. And at some point, something in them stops accepting that as the deal.

That’s when they book. Not because they need fixing. Because they’re ready to be in a different environment. Around different people. In a space where the standard is higher, the conversation goes somewhere real, the movement actually lands in the body, and the sea is right outside the door.🤌🏼

Release, Play, & Thrive is a mixed retreat. Men and women. Five days in Santa Maria, Paros, at steps from the Aegean, twice-daily yoga, real food, real rest, real people.

Four rooms left. All doubles. Ideal for sharing. Those who share often leave with something they didn’t expect.

If this is already feeling like yours, it probably is, and spots are almost gone.

DM me the word PAROS and I’ll send you everything you need to decide.

Honestly, this is something I had to learn the hard way.

For a long time I thought rest was something you scheduled.

A holiday. A class. A Sunday off.

Something you earn after you’ve done enough.

And every time I did it “right”… something still wasn’t switching off.

Because it wasn’t about what I was doing.

It was about who I was being inside of it.

If your nervous system is still in go, you can be lying on a beach and feel wired.

You can be in savasana and still be running through your week.

You can take the break and never actually land in it.

That’s not a rest problem.

👉🏼That’s a reset problem.

And nobody teaches you how to do that.

I’m changing that.

Stay close. 🫦

I was a high-achieving woman who was always tired but couldn’t switch off, and kept walking into yoga classes and finding… more of the same.

Fast flows. Pretzel poses. An unspoken hierarchy, the deeper you bend, the more you matter. I got caught up in it too, at the start. Ego. I chased poses my body had no business doing -especially carrying a fall, a car accident, years of accumulated strain.

My body wasn’t asking for more intensity. It was asking me to finally stop.

So I stopped trying to fit in. I stopped forcing myself to be the yogi yoga said I should be. And I started attuning to what my body was actually craving — gentle, grounded, accessible.

Sometimes restorative. Sometimes a flowing vinyasa. Sometimes a slow power yoga that makes you sweat while still keeping you calm. Always mindful. Always something I could come back to when the anxiety and overwhelm hit — and watch them disappear.

That became my practice. And the only yoga I teach.

Because what I love most isn’t even what happens on the mat. It’s what happens quietly, over weeks and months and years. You become calmer. Less reactive. More yourself. Boundaries appear where there used to be none. Patterns you didn’t know you were carrying begin to unravel. One day you realise you are not the same person you were when you started.
Not because you pushed harder. Because you finally slowed down enough to listen.

This is what yoga has always been. A transformational tool. Never a workout. Never a performance.

If you’ve been telling yourself yoga isn’t for you, DM me READY. You might just not have tried this version yet.

Anxiety was never your personality.

It was your nervous system doing the only thing it knew how to do, keep you safe.

The woman who holds everything together, performs calm, and still feels that constant hum underneath, she is not broken. She has just been away from her body for a very long time.

Coming home changes everything.

That is the work I do privately, one to one, through therapeutic yoga.

DM me PRIVATE.

When did you last do something just for you?

It’s the year of the horse and everything is galloping. We blinked and we’re almost in March.

You’re doing all the right things. You show up. You take care of yourself. You keep going.

And yet.

Something feels stuck. Like you’re moving through life but not quite living it. Like the spark is there somewhere but you can’t quite reach it.

That’s not a productivity problem. That’s not a routine problem. That’s your body asking for something deeper.
