When did you last do something just for you?

It’s the year of the horse and everything is galloping. We blinked and we’re almost in March.

You’re doing all the right things. You show up. You take care of yourself. You keep going.

And yet.

Something feels stuck. Like you’re moving through life but not quite living it. Like the spark is there somewhere but you can’t quite reach it.

That’s not a productivity problem. That’s not a routine problem. That’s your body asking for something deeper.

📍 Paros. Five days by the Aegean Sea. 10-14 June.

Everyone is “optimising” their body in 2026. Wellbeing is the new trend.

Fewer women are asking the harder question 👉🏼 why after all the discipline, the workouts, the clean eating, do I still not feel like myself?

The answer has nothing to do with your growing your 🍑 or drinking matcha.

It has everything to do with a nervous system that’s been running on survival mode so long it forgot there was another way to live.

That’s the work nobody talks about. That’s what I do.

One hour a week. Private. Personalised. Therapeutic yoga as nervous system recalibration.

If that question hit somewhere, DM me.

There’s this quiet belief in the yoga world that it’s about flexibility, fancy shapes, or “switching off.”

I don’t teach it like that.❌

The women who come to me are capable, intelligent, holding a lot. From the outside their lives work. But internally they feel tense, wired, slightly disconnected from themselves. They wake up already bracing. They overthink decisions that shouldn’t require that much energy. Their shoulders haven’t properly dropped in years.

What changes in our work isn’t just their posture. It’s their baseline.

They sleep properly again. They get through difficult conversations without spiralling. They stop being so harsh with themselves. Their bodies stop behaving like everything is a threat.🙌🏼

Not because they pushed harder. Not because they became more disciplined.

Because their nervous systems finally learned what safety feels like.❤️

👉🏼 That’s the work.

If you’re functioning well but not feeling like yourself, DM me “1:1” and let’s talk about what’s possible for you. 🫶🏼

She was doing everything for everyone. And somewhere along the way, she lost the thread back to herself.

Just like my client.

❌ You don’t need another holiday that leaves you just as empty
❌ You don’t need to push harder, do more, be more
❌ You don’t need to keep waiting until things calm down

You need four days where nobody needs anything from you. Where your body finally believes it’s safe to let go. Where you stop performing being fine — and actually reconnect to yourself.

That’s what Bloom & Reset is built for.🌷

Therapeutic yoga, somatic release, mindfulness — not as classes on a schedule, but woven together intentionally to reset your nervous system from the inside out. Surrounded by women who get it.

At the beautiful boutique hotel above the Aegean where the environment does half the work.

You will not leave the same woman.

Swipe to read her story. Then ask yourself honestly, when was the last time you chose yourself first?

14–17 May, Mani Greece. 4 rooms left. Last chance to book 15 March.

DM me “MANI” and I’ll send you everything. 🙌🏼

I designed Bloom & Reset for the woman who hasn’t stopped in a very long time.

And this May, I’m running it for the second time, this time in Mani, at the gorgeous boutique estate perched above the Aegean.

Here’s exactly what your days look like ⬇️
Mornings that begin gently, slow flow yoga facing the sea, breakfast that’s long and unhurried, no one rushing you anywhere.
Afternoons that are genuinely yours, the infinity pool, the spa, the sea, or simply doing nothing for the first time in years.
Late afternoons back on the mat, restorative, somatic, deep rest. The kind of practice that reaches what a regular wellness routine never could.
Evenings with sunset cocktails, slow dinners, laughter, and connecting to women around you who get it.

I curate every detail of these four days intentionally. Not to fill every moment, but to create the rhythm your nervous system has been craving.

You leave calm. Clear. Remembering who you are when no one needs anything from you.

Bloom & Reset, Mani — 14–17 May. Only 4 rooms left.
Last day to book 👉🏼 15 March.

Most high-achieving women are brilliant at showing up for everything, except themselves.

You go to the gym. You eat clean. You push through. And still feel hollow.

Because your body was never the whole story.

This year, I made caring for all of myself non-negotiable.Body. Mind. Heart. Soul.

Swipe to see what that looks like. 🤍

I’ve been holding this back because I know it sounds harsh.

But here it is: all your self-care routines are performative if your nervous system is still in survival mode.

The walks. The Pilates. The group classes. The therapy.
They’re not working because your body is still defending. And your body can’t heal what it’s still protecting you from. 🥺

This is the truth about private yoga that most people don’t want to hear. Most women think it’s just group yoga for one person - more attention, better adjustments, fancier. That’s not it.

It’s transformation designed around YOUR nervous system, YOUR blocks, YOUR goals.

We work toward what you actually want to create - the body you want to feel at home in, the anxiety you’re exhausted from carrying, the life you’re building without burning out.

And we work with all of you to get there. Your body, your breath, your mind, your emotions, your spirit. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Some weeks it’s movement. Other weeks it’s breathwork, restorative work, or unlocking what words can’t reach. We also flow with your actual life - if you arrive thrown off, we adapt that week.

👉🏼 Here’s what changes everything: you cannot fully regulate your nervous system alone.
Science calls this co-regulation. When you’re with someone regulated and steady, your system downshifts. Heart rate slows. Defence lowers.

From that regulated state, transformation becomes real - not performative.💫

This pulled me out of CPTSD in 4 months after 1.5 years of psychotherapy and daily walks couldn’t. 🤯
My nervous system was still in survival mode - so everything I did was performative. Private yoga gave me co-regulation first.
Then transformation followed.🌷

If you’re doing all the “right” things and still stuck?
It’s not about doing more. It’s about whether your nervous system has ever felt safe enough to actually transform.

If this lands, DM me “BLOOM” and let’s start your
journey.

That question is so common: “I want to feel unstoppable, but how?”

You’re already doing everything “right.”
Hitting deadlines, showing up for your team, parenting with care, moving your body, keeping your schedule in check.

And yet… something still feels off.

Here’s the truth most high-achieving women miss:
Being unstoppable isn’t about doing more.
It’s about what you haven’t trained yet, 👉🏼 your nervous system.

👉🏼 The system that decides if you stay steady under pressure or get pulled into stress.
👉🏼 The system that decides if your energy lasts, if your mind stays clear, if you respond instead of react.

You can stretch, exercise, plan, and meditate, and still feel drained by mid-afternoon.
You can hit all the “success boxes”, and still snap at the people you love, freeze in important conversations, or feel that invisible tension in your body before your mind even notices.

The women I work with in private sessions don’t just stretch or follow routines.
They train their nervous system: building steadiness, energy that lasts, and clarity that carries across life — from client calls to family mornings, from big presentations to personal moments.💪🏼

One hour a week is enough. One hour that rewires responses, boosts resilience, and makes them unshakeable.💫

This isn’t for women who need motivation.
It’s for women who already move, already invest, and understand their next level is inside them, not on their calendar.

⚜️ DM me “PRIVATE” if you’re ready to train like the woman who doesn’t just want to feel unstoppable, she becomes it.💗

Most people don’t think they aren’t right for yoga.
They think yoga isn’t for them.

Because yoga has been put in a very specific box:
fast, dynamic, performative — with advanced poses as proof of progress.

I believed that too.
And every time I practised, my nervous system told me something was wrong.

I didn’t leave feeling supported or grounded.
I left feeling activated, frustrated, disconnected — not because yoga was wrong, but because the approach was built around effort, achievement, and performance.

The decision I’m most proud of came before I had results, validation, or proof it would work.

I stopped trying to fit myself into that version of yoga — and chose a slower, therapeutic approach instead.

Internally, that required a lot.
Letting go of being impressive.
Trusting my body over trends.
Choosing regulation over recognition.

It would have been easier to teach what’s popular.
What looks good online.
What attracts people quickly in a saturated wellness space.

But I set a different standard.

Because most wellness practices work while motivation is high and life is calm —
and fall apart when stress, illness, or real life enters the picture.

People don’t quit because they lack discipline.
They quit because the practice keeps asking for more effort instead of offering support.

Support — not intensity — is what allows transformation to last.

Now we’re seeing this at scale.
Even longevity has become optimised, demanding, and quietly exhausting.

The collapse isn’t loud. It’s slow.

My work makes sense now because of that early decision.
I don’t teach for the hour on the mat.
I teach for the other twenty-three.

Holistic blooming was never about forcing growth for me —
it was about creating the conditions where growth can actually happen.

If you’ve ever thought “yoga isn’t for me,”
this might be the first time it actually is.

If this resonates, DM me BLOOM 🌱 and we’ll take it from there.

I offer support for women online, anywhere in the world, and in person (ATH) — if you’re ready to move with your body, not against it.

There’s a hesitation I feel around this retreat more than you might think, even when no one says it out loud.

Here’s the truth most women don’t want to admit:
When you wait for someone else to be ready, you’re often outsourcing your own decision.

Sometimes bringing a friend is about sharing something meaningful.
Other times, it’s about safety — not wanting to arrive alone, not knowing anyone, needing a familiar face as a buffer.

Neither is wrong.
👉🏼 But waiting for someone else to say yes keeps you living in someone else’s calendar, instead of claiming your own time, your own pause, your own reset.

This retreat isn’t a holiday.
It’s not just a beautiful venue or amazing beaches.

It’s a pause.
A reset.
A moment to step out of patterns that haven’t been serving you, for months, maybe years.

Coming alone changes you.💫
You listen differently. You move differently. You meet yourself without an escape hatch.

Every woman deserves to experience that at least once,
choosing herself without waiting for permission or company.🫶🏼

Coming with someone can also be powerful, especially when you’re ready to share something meaningful together.

For example, one woman chose to come alone at a milestone moment in her life. She felt a chapter ending and didn’t wait for anyone else to confirm it for her. She committed first, and that decision alone was already transformative. 👏🏼

Different seasons.
Same depth of work.

What matters isn’t who you come with.
👉🏼 It’s whether you choose yourself.

Right now, there are two suites left.
Each suite includes two separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, plus a large shared living area and veranda.

Your suite isn’t just a room, it’s your private home base for this retreat.

You can come solo and share a suite, or come together with someone.
🔔 For February, I’m offering preferred suite pricing for women who choose to book together.

🗓️ Bookings close March 15. After that, registration is closed. Comment SUITE or DM me, and I’ll send you the details.
