• The executive team is healthy, complimentary and aligned with each other.
• The members of the team understand the differences, priorities and styles of each other.
• The team meets often for strategic thinking (preferably on a weekly basis).
• The team participates in constant training and development of the members (preferably on a monthly basis).
• The team has the ability to contribute through constructive feedback and debate and all members feel comfortable with their contribution.
