🌊⚓ Last week, Next BlueGeneration organized an event exploring the connection between the Blue Economy and young people, highlighting the opportunities, challenges, and role of the next generation in shaping a sustainable maritime future with Militos Consulting S.A. contributing to the organisation of the event.

💬 It was great to see young people, professionals, and stakeholders come together to exchange ideas, share experiences, and discuss how innovation, sustainability, and new skills can drive the future of the blue sector.

More than 150 participants joined us onsite and online to discuss the future of skills, jobs and careers in the Blue Economy.

Στο πλαίσιο του ευρωπαϊκού έργου ASD-INtoJOB, αναπτύχθηκαν πρακτικά εργαλεία που στοχεύουν να διευκολύνουν τη μετάβαση των νέων με ΔΑΦ στην αγορά εργασίας και να ενισχύσουν τη συμπεριληπτική απασχόληση.

Στόχος μας είναι να συμβάλουμε στη δημιουργία περισσότερων ευκαιριών, μεγαλύτερης αυτονομίας και πιο συμπεριληπτικών εργασιακών περιβαλλόντων για όλους.
