Workshops in Romania:

Last week, I had the pleasure of conducting two dynamic workshops on "Effective Communication with Clients"—on 22 May in Bacău and 23 May in Bucharest. The sessions brought together passionate veterinary practitioners ready to enhance their client communication skills and elevate their practice.

From interactive exercises to real-life role plays, participants actively engaged in exploring how to build trust, navigate difficult conversations, and deliver complex information with empathy and clarity. The energy, insight, and commitment from everyone involved were truly inspiring.

What a wonderful experience to conduct a workshop for the students during the 13th IVSA Congress in Thessaloniki on Saturday, 10 May 2025! 🇬🇷✨

Our topic—communication with clients in clinical practice—sparked insightful discussions on the power of assumptions, how different personality types interact, and practical ways to enhance communication in clinical practice.

I'm truly grateful for the opportunity and inspired by the highly engaged, interactive audience. The positive energy in the room and the thoughtful feedback were incredibly rewarding!
