Ermioni — a key destination for major investors.
Why D&A Invest selected this area for its new project — Part 3
Ermioni, located in the southeastern part of Argolida, is at the center of one of the most significant tourism development waves currently taking place in Greece.
The wider region is being shaped by three major investment projects that are redefining its future profile as a high-end Mediterranean destination.
The first is the Hydra’s Art Residencies project by Plepi Land Development, located in the Thermisia–Plepi area near Ermioni. This €119 million development includes a 164-room hotel, conference facilities, spa and leisure infrastructure, two zones of villas totaling 229 residences, cultural and art spaces, and a 40-berth marina, all developed on a large coastal plot overlooking Hydra.
The second major project is the planned Six Senses luxury resort, developed on the site of the former Costa Perla. This €150 million investment includes a 5-star hotel, spa facilities, branded residences, villas, event spaces, and supporting infrastructure, with a strong focus on high-end international tourism and branded hospitality.
The third project is the Petrothalassa development in Ermioni, linked to international investors including capital from Abu Dhabi. The project exceeds €200 million and includes a luxury hotel, residences, and a small marina facility, continuing the transformation of the former Ermioni Club area into a premium coastal destination.
Together, these three developments confirm the strategic repositioning of Ermioni and its surrounding coastline into one of the most important luxury tourism and real estate corridors in the Eastern Peloponnese.
Within this evolving landscape lies Thermisia, just minutes from Ermioni port, where D&A Invest is developing eco-friendly sea-view villas aligned with the region’s long-term capital appreciation trajectory.
