We had an incredible time connecting with industry leaders and practitioners at the Agile Greece Retreat 2026!

Harris & Spyros, during their workshop, tackled a frustration many teams face: why ""one-size-fits-all"" agile implementations often fall short?
The reality? Every change initiative needs to meet an organization exactly where it is.

Choosing the right agile intervention requires acknowledging your cultural stage. Trying to force a standard framework leads to lower success rates of any change initiative.
This does not mean that agile coaches have to shift the culture but rather acknowledge and work with the culture to help the organisation in its agile journey.
