** το 2020 στην 49η θέση μεταξύ 63 οικονομιών,
** το 2019 ήταν στην 58η

- είναι η δεύτερη ισχυρότερη μεταξύ των 63 οικονομιών που εξετάζονται, μετά από αυτήν της ανόδου της Κύπρου κατά 11 θέσεις.

- οφείλεται στη βελτίωση και των 4 δεικτών που εξετάζονται; Συγκεκριμένα στις κατηγορίες των δεικτών:
-«Οικονομικής Αποδοτικότητας»
-«Κυβερνητικής Αποτελεσματικότητας»
-«Επιχειρηματικής Αποτελεσματικότητας»
-«Υποδομών»
Η κατάταξη αυτή επιβραβεύει τις πρωτοβουλίες της Κυβέρνησης για βελτίωση του γενικότερου περιβάλλοντος λειτουργίας των επιχειρήσεων και συνδέονται άμεσα με
α) τη συγκρότηση της Κυβέρνησης του Κυριάκου Μητσοτάκη,
β) την πολιτική σταθερότητα που εγγυάται και τη μεταρρυθμιστική στρατηγική που εφαρμόζει.
