10%? N50billion

Ok take 1% (N5billion) if 10% is too much.

Still too much? Ok start with N50million.

I love our relationship for many reasons but I love you more 🄰🄰

During our conversation last week, it dawned on me that you give me the most simple yet profound counsel, I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way 😁. In a calm and soothing voice you say what you are led to say to me and it’s always accurate Momma.

Thank you for lifting me up, thank you for praying for with me, thank you for allowing me to be your protocol for years and I still enjoy it enormously šŸ˜„šŸ˜„šŸ˜„ thank you for the gift of access. Every time I call, you are always there Momma. Looove you big!

My prayer is simple - Lord, everything you want for Pastor May is hers, and the grace to be it all in Jesus name.

Happy birthday Momma šŸŽˆoh and Papa happy birthday to you sirā¤ļøšŸŽ‰

Condemnation comes in form of you feeling inadequate over something you and God discussed and then your mind wants to betray you by throwing shots at you. Don’t listen to it! You’re doing better than you think.

My younger self wouldn’t have listened to any advice — but if I could talk to her I’d say it’s harder than you think. Yes, there’s smart work but there’s hard work in it too.

I’d say ā€˜Yes, this is tough, but it gets tougher. You don’t know what you don’t know, so stay a lifelong learner. Keep going, keep learning.’

Wade through the darkness. Surround yourself with people further along the journey who can offer guidance and don’t worry you didn’t marry the guy from the library in school - you got a better guy in 2009 who married you in 2011. Who would have thought? So stay off that guy’s page.

Be very kind. I mean intentionally and Don’t assume you know what that means. It’s shocking what a kind deed sown today in people can do for you down the line. Treat people well, don’t make life about just you and your burning ambition. Dogs don’t eat dogs as they say. Maybe snakes do, I dunno šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø

Money is overrated and underrated. It’s actually easy and hard to make depending on what you know. So know more, learn more.

You’ll kick yourself for believing money doesn’t grow on trees like your parents said because it does, it just wasn’t in your own backyard.

Above all, you found the joy well not hinged on anyone or anything, lol phew yes finally. Just a very sweet joy hinged on Love - the One that is LOVE. The roller coaster before it that almost crumbles you while in uncertainty will be still eventually, if you are.

Now that is priceless. Strive to have it - joy like a river, it’s in you in the midst of the chaos.

Oh and you actually dyed your hair bubblegum pink at some point in your 30’s, joy made you do itšŸ˜‰

With love and joy,
From an older you on a beach on Corfu IslandšŸ¤

Today, I am grateful for the Gift of Men that change the game for you. What you don’t know, you don’t know.

I had a 1-2-1 with my Executive Mentor - Mrs Toyin F. Sanni and after the meeting I realized there are places you can never see if you don’t climb the shoulders of those who have gone ahead. Be grateful when you find such.

Mentoring is different from Executive Mentoring, the conversations, the global positioning templates and mindset to really chart that domination makes it very different. It’s moves. scale. outcomes.

The fact that she’s a woman of strong faith and her convictions show in how she speaks and shares her remarkable stories of growth makes me gawk when she speaks šŸ˜„šŸ˜„

In 90mins, TFS collapsed 10years for me - I was in absolute awe of this level of grace and wisdom I had just encountered. Truly, the gift of the right mentor is saving you time and waste in getting to where you should be. I left the meeting utterly amazed by the simplicity TFS brought to my next moves as an Executive.

ā€œOlori, I am committed to you and your plansā€ it’s still ringing in my head because I’m use to saying that. Hearing it being said to me showed me I don’t just have a mentor but a committed mentor. Thank youuu šŸ™šŸ™

If you don’t have a mentor, please get the right one. Take your time, at a certain level it’s not about who you like or sentiments - where you’re going is far. Choose very wisely. Apply yourself to the process and the rigor for the outcome of your relationship to be life changing.

Incoming Pathfinders, see you tonight @ 7pm WATšŸ”„

I don’t have many like you

Because you are special

In my very short list, you’re in a league of your own.

Who you are to me and all you’ve brought into my life cannot be quantified because you still load me up with all the things a true, solid covenant sister would.

Thank you for sharing your gifts, grace, anointing with the world. For pouring unashamedly with glee at our Father’s command. Your light gave me light.

Thank you PDDK. I so much lof uuuuušŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ¤šŸ¤šŸ¤šŸ¤ what a beauri, happy birthdayšŸŽˆ

Please wish God’s gift to our generation a wonderful new year ahead🄳🄳🄳

We didn’t hit our targets for Q1.

I knew by mid-February that we weren’t going to. I didn’t lie to myself that somehow in 30 days we could achieve 100%.

So I started to ask myself the hard questions and look for solutions to move us forward:
1. What role did I play in this?
2. What didn’t I plan for that happened?
3. Did I communicate these targets well enough to my amazing team? If I did, did the company provide what they needed to do it in 90days?
4. Who is my weakest link?
5. Have I identified the exact problem that hindered us from reaching our set goals?

I asked other questions to move us to the next stage of solving this problem like:

WHO IS GOING TO HELP US?

The team and I identified 4 main areas we needed help in - and fast. I called our Board members and explained we needed to do x and y to move us to z otherwise we would have a worse Q2. The Board agreed and gave me direct help and more advice - restored and now time to MOVE.

February ending, we identified experts and consultants and hired 3 of total I spoke to. They came in and diagnosed different areas of the business that was underperforming and then boom - we had the roadmap to move. Now if you know me - ex*****on is my first name (not even middle) so we started mid-March and we’re gradually seeing the light intact maybe a big light but I just wanted to encourage someone - GET THE RIGHT HELP for your business.

You may know your business but you don’t know all there is to know about your industry and other external factors. As the CEO, part of your job is to make decisions - execute them in a timely manner before everything falls apart.

P.s 2 of the amazing experts are in this picture and I just want to say please there’s a different between an expert and a consultant. You might need both in some cases.

If you didn’t meet your target for Q1, Fix the problem in a systematic way and you will arrive at a solution. Crying and complaining are not solutions.

There’s a lot happening out of your control but don’t let your business be one of them. There are 3 quarters left in 2022, anything can happen. Don’t give up.
