Corfu Yacht Charters by Vrakotas Yachting Yacht charters and yacht management Family owned yacht charter company. Started operation in Corfu 1993 as yacht management and later for yacht charters.

Serviced and represented many well known companies like Moorings, Athenian yachts, Egial, Ocean yachts etc. Apart of our own sailing yachts we charter boats from other associates.

End of the year again and another season ended with a new one starting in 2024. The results of this year were very good with all boats fully chartered.

The new season 2024 seems very promising and charters already booked on our boat.

Two of the boats were sold like the Bavaria 44 :Penny K" and The Dufour 41 "Leros". The Oceanis 40 "Fryda" has been moved South to Levkas area.

For the coming season we still have our own Bavaria 37 "Big Blue Horizon", the Motor catamaran "Aquaholic", the Bali 410 catamaran "Hermes" and another 3-4 new boats arriving from Athens.

Despite the late start of charters due to Covid-19 lock down the season ended well with no damages and charters were satisfactory. The weather had been very good, No rain except some heavy ones at the end. We had 2 very heavy storms where many boats were damaged but we were lucky with no damages and loss like we had in 2016.

Our co-operation with FYLY Yachting went very well and their fleet will be increased in the new year with a 56 ft and a 46 ft catamaran. We were also promised of a long awaiting new office in the marina for the next season which will make our work a lot easier to offer a better service to our clients.

We are still waiting to be paid from the insurance for the 2 boats we lost in 2016 and we don't see it coming soon either.

The predictions for the season 2022 look very promising with charters already booked and receiving many inquiries already.

Finally after a very harsh lockdown the 2021 season is opened a little late but better than nothing. Our first charters are starting tomorrow with 3 boats going out.

The weather is beautiful and with the airlines increasing their flights to Greece people will start travelling again.

Year 2020 has been an unusual year with Covid-19 coming to our lives. From where we were expecting an exceptional season we ended barely covering our everyday costs. We survived and managed to serve some of our clients without any problems.

The season is over and another lockdown came to our lives not giving us time to prepare our boats for winter. The weather is extremely good for November with temperatures of over 20 degrees but cannot work on the boats.

We are hoping that next year will a bit better and be able to continue with our charters without the stress of Covid and extra restrictions.

Looking forward to the new year and hope to see you all again.
