I borrow it from a training website...

A teacher brought balloons to school and then she asked the children to blow them all up and for each child to write their name on a balloon.

They tossed all the balloons into the hall while the teacher mixed them all up from one end of the hall to the other. The teacher then gave the children 5 minutes to find the balloon with their name on it.

The children ran around, looking frantically but as the time ran out no one had found their own balloon…
Then the teacher told them to take the balloon closest to them and give it to the person whose name was on it.

In less than 2 minutes everyone had their own balloon.
The teacher beckoned the children towards her and said:

“Balloons are like happiness.

No one will find it looking only for their own.

When we look out and care for each other that's when we truly find happiness"
