Με αφορμή τις άγιες ημέρες του Καθολικού Πάσχα, σας προσκαλούμε με ιδιαίτερη χαρά να επισκεφθείτε τον αμπελώνα μας και να μοιραστείτε μαζί μας στιγμές χαράς, γεύσης και φύσης. Ελάτε να δοκιμάσετε τον νέο μας οίνο, να περιηγηθείτε ανάμεσα στα αμπέλια μας και να περπατήσετε στο ανθισμένο τοπίο της ενδοχώρας. Visit to Loupakis Winery

Loupakis Winery is located in the semi-mountainous area of the Municipality of Platanias in Crete at the top of the hill “Gra-Lygia”, enjoying the shade of the White Mountains and overlooking the Cretan Sea. Continuing the family tradition, siblings Miltiadis and Aspasia Loupakis have undertaken and developed the Winery into an innovative modern unit for production, standardization, and marketing of our wine. Wine expert Miltiadis Loupakis cultivates the family vineyards, covering 30 acres, with the varieties Vilana, Kotsifali, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Among the estate's labels, the “Kokkini Korfi” (means Red Summit) stands out, a Cabernet Sauvignon matured for 12 months in oak barrels to be ideally paired with local meats. The “Hadi Erythros” (means Red Caress) is a fresh version of the local variety Kotsifali for lighter combinations like pasta with red sauces, while the “Hadi Leykos” (means White Caress) is a cool and fresh wine from the Vilana variety, perfect for consumption at lower temperatures on the warm days of the Cretan summer. The Winery is open for visits by appointment, and communication can be conducted in Greek, English, or French.

Combine a wine tasting with a view at the top of the hill, overlooking the unique, pervasive and wild tranquillity of the landscape, from the White Mountains to the coastline of the Kolymvari Gulf, the picturesque Cretan villages, the vast olive groves of Kissamos land, and the incomparable spectacle of the colourful strokes of the summer sun in this wild natural scenery.
