Lipsi Winery Lipsi Winery is a small boutique winery on the beautiful island of Lipsi, Greece.

Lipsi Winery was founded by two local winemakers Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Grillis. Their vision is to revive the island's wine-making tradition, in particular the famous sweet red wine made from sun-dried Fokiano grapes and also to produce new, dry, quality wines from indigenous vines partiuclarly suited to the island's soil and climate. The new winery was completed in 2013 and has been built to

the highest standards, combining traditional island style with the latest production facilities. The winery is situated on a hillside, overlooking one of the vineyards and visitors can sample the wines whilst enjoying panoramic views of Lipsi and the Aegean Sea.
