Navitas Winery Mindful winemaking, meaningful wines: that is what we want to do. Inspired by Mt Olympus' energy, st 2021 marks our launch in the market.

Our portfolio will include 6 single vineyard wines: Assyrtiko, Malagousia, Xinomavro, as well as Grenache Rouge, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. This is the beginning of a journey of discovery and interconnection with our land in Litochoro, under the peaks of Mt Olympus.

Σήμερα είναι μια πολύ σημαντική μέρα για τον τόπο που μας φιλοξενεί! Ο Όλυμπος ανακηρύχθηκε επισήμως Μνημείο Παγκόσμιας Κληρονομιάς της UNESCO, σφραγίζοντας την αξία του μύθου και της φύσης του. Είμαστε περήφανοι που καλλιεργούμε τους αμπελώνες μας και δημιουργούμε το κρασί μας στους πρόποδες αυτού του εμβληματικού βουνού.

Today marks an important day for the land we call home! Mount Olympus has been officially designated a UNESCO World Heritage site, recognizing its legendary status and natural beauty. We are truly proud to cultivate our vineyards and create our wine right at the foot of this iconic mountain.

52 Peaks Chardonnay: Η ζύμωση ξεκινά σε ανοξείδωτες δεξαμενές. Πριν ολοκληρωθεί, το 1/3 του κρασιού μεταφέρεται σε βαρέλια γαλλικής δρυός και άλλο 1/3 σε τσιμεντένιες δεξαμενές σε σχήμα τουλίπας.
Η εξάμηνη παραμονή στις οινολάσπες χαρίζει στο κρασί πλούσιο σώμα, ισορροπημένη πολυπλοκότητα και κομψό χαρακτήρα!

52 Peaks Chardonnay: Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks. Before it completes, 1/3 of the wine goes into French oak barrels and another 1/3 into tulip-shaped concrete tanks.
Six months on the lees give the wine rich body, balanced complexity, and elegant character! winelover
