At Villa Caeli, the boundaries between inside and outside almost disappear.

The design connects interior spaces with the surrounding landscape, making natural light, the garden and water integral to the architectural experience.

Natural stone, wood, glass and clean geometric lines come together in a residence that engages with the landscape of Thassos.

ETEM E45, E32 and E70 aluminium systems were integrated into the project.

Project: Villa Caeli
Architecture: Ark4Lab of Architecture

Air permeability is one of the key performance characteristics of a window or door system, referring to the amount of air that can pass through a closed opening.

How is it assessed? What does Class 4 under EN 12207 mean? And how does it relate to thermal comfort and a building’s energy performance?

Discover what air permeability means and why it matters to the overall performance of a modern window and door system.

When the boundary between space and landscape becomes almost invisible, architecture brings the view to the forefront.

At La Punta, the ES64 LESS FRAME System reduces the visible frame to a minimum, allowing the view to take centre stage.
For spaces where less becomes an essential part of the design.
