Σε έναν από τους μεγαλύτερους ενιαίους αμπελώνες της Κρήτης, έκτασης 200 στρεμμάτων με προσανατολισμό βόρειο και βορειοδυτικό, καλλιεργούνται με βιολογικές μεθόδους οι γηγενείς ποικιλίες του νησιού Κοτσιφάλι, Μαντηλάρι, Βιδιανό, Μοσχάτο Σπίνας, Βηλάνα, Θραψαθήρι αλλά και ξένες, όπως Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Syrah,
Το Κτήμα Πατεριανάκη βρίσκεται στη ζώνη Ονομασίας Προέλευσης Πεζά, 18 χλμ. από το Ηράκλειο, σε υψόμετρο 650 μέτρων.
Εμφιαλώνονται 7 ετικέτες: Μελισσινός ερυθρός, Μελισσινός λευκός, Μελισσινός ροζέ, Μελισσόκηπος ερυθρός, Μελισσόκηπος λευκός το Κτήμα Πατεριανάκη και ένας καινούριος κωδικός Μοσχατο Σπίνας.
