An obsolete ERV-32 steam turbine driving a cargo oil pump suffered extensive damage, with several critical components found beyond repair and OEM spare parts no longer available.
Instead of replacing the entire unit, KIMI managed obsolescence by remanufacturing the required replacement components through advanced reverse engineering, restoring the turbine to full operational condition.
