Our winery and vineyards are located in Chalkidiki, near the entrance of Petralona village, at a distance of 5km from Thermaikos bay, chilled all day long by the sea breeze during summer months. Christos and Dimitris put their personal work at the vineyards and winery in order to ensure production’s quality, this care starts at the vineyard and ends in the customer’s glass. fied for organic farming by DIO organization. Annual production of course depends on weather conditions and it should be noted that we don’t use fertilizers; the vineyard is protected from diseases by traditional means or using sulfur and copper sprays, thus allowing it to work at its own pace giving us good quality grape with aromas and body of each given season. Concerning quality control, oenological control and any required corrections (stabilization, acidity, sugars, etc) is performed by us, Christos is a certified Pharmacist. We prefer filtering our wines to the least possible degree in order for them to maintain their full character.
