The SAILGREEN Training of Trainers programme is about to begin!

Coaches from Greece, Malta and Serbia will be equipped with practical tools, knowledge and resources to promote sustainable sailing practices and environmental responsibility among young sailors.

Through training, collaboration and the exchange of good practices, we are helping sailing clubs become more environmentally conscious and preparing the next generation of sailors for a greener future.

Το πρόγραμμα Training of Trainers ξεκινά σύντομα!

Προπονητές ιστιοπλοΐας από την Ελλάδα, τη Μάλτα και τη Σερβία θα αποκτήσουν πρακτικά εργαλεία, γνώσεις και εκπαιδευτικό υλικό για την προώθηση βιώσιμων πρακτικών ιστιοπλοΐας και της περιβαλλοντικής ευαισθητοποίησης των νέων αθλητών.

Μέσα από την εκπαίδευση, τη συνεργασία και την ανταλλαγή καλών πρακτικών, συμβάλλουμε στη δημιουργία πιο «πράσινων» ναυταθλητικών ομίλων και προετοιμάζουμε τη νέα γενιά ιστιοπλόων για ένα πιο βιώσιμο μέλλον.

The CirculYOUNG Bootcamp in Greece brought together young NEETs with a migrant background for an inspiring journey of creativity, collaboration, and sustainability. ♻️💡

Through hands-on activities, teamwork, and mentoring, participants explored circular economy ideas, transformed everyday materials into innovative concepts, and developed new skills for a greener future.

The bootcamp created a positive and inclusive space where young people could build confidence, share ideas, and connect sustainability with real opportunities for social and professional growth.

👏 Congratulations to all participants, mentors, and facilitators who made this experience so impactful.

Our partners have successfully conducted national stakeholder workshops.

These workshops brought together key actors — from VET providers and green tech companies to public authorities, NGOs, and women entrepreneurs — to exchange insights and co-create solutions.

The discussions focused on:

• Identifying barriers limiting women’s access to green technology careers
• Gathering real, on-the-ground evidence to strengthen our Policy Blueprint
• Promoting inclusive participation across all governance levels
• Building long-term collaboration through the Women4GreenEU Advocacy Network

By engaging diverse stakeholders in each partner country, we are ensuring that future policies are not only aligned with EU priorities like the Green Deal and Skills Agenda, but also grounded in real experiences.

Together, we are shaping a more inclusive and sustainable green transition 💚

Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ σε όλους και όλες που συμμετείχαν στο εργαστήριο Women 4 a Green στην Ελλάδα! 🇬🇷

Μετά την πρόσκλησή μας, είχαμε τη χαρά να φέρουμε κοντά ένα δυναμικό και πολυσυλλεκτικό σύνολο φορέων, που συνέβαλαν ενεργά σε ουσιαστικές συζητήσεις για το μέλλον των γυναικών στην πράσινη τεχνολογία. Από την ανάδειξη βασικών προκλήσεων έως τη συνδιαμόρφωση πρακτικών λύσεων, η συμμετοχή και η ενέργεια όλων ήταν πραγματικά εμπνευστική.
