Pruning is where the season is decided: each cut is vine architecture—shaping balance, guiding sap flow, and protecting the vine’s long-term vitality.

At Tinos Winery, this work is led by a highly trained viticulture team, continually investing in state-of-the-art training and precision practice in the vineyard.

This year, we were proud to refine that craft alongside Marco Simonit, one of the world’s most respected pruning specialists, with one shared goal: respect the vine and let the terroir speak.
