A team of experienced Viticulturalists and oenologists under the guidance of the famous Master Vigneron Stephane Derenoncourt undertakes the task of pairing the varieties and tastes with the peculiarity of the local environment to set up a vineyard capable of producing the best Greek wine…

Like every other season, Summer at Clos Stegasta means walking the vineyard every day.
Among granite boulders, under the Meltemi and the Aegean sun, every vine is observed, every cluster monitored, every decision made with precision. Because exceptional w**es are not made—they are meticulously crafted, one deliberate choice at a time.

«Brilliance in a Syrah inspired conversation. Jamet and Gonon always the absolute stars, these are w**es I am always thirsty for, with T Oinos Clos Stegasta Rare Mavrotragano pushing the bar higher every year. Pruning is where the season is decided: each cut is vine architecture—shaping balance, guiding sap flow, and protecting the vine’s long-term vitality.

At Tinos W**ery, this work is led by a highly trained viticulture team, continually investing in state-of-the-art training and precision practice in the vineyard.

This year, we were proud to refine that craft alongside Marco Simonit, one of the world’s most respected pruning specialists, with one shared goal: respect the vine and let the terroir speak.
